About Smartify

Smartify is the only brand in our catalogue we design and manufacture ourselves. Alongside the 70+ third-party brands we stock and install, we build our own line of touch switches (TAC series), touch panels (TOQ series), Zigbee retrofit relays and dimmers, sensors, gateways, IR blasters and LED controllers — engineered specifically for Indian wiring conventions, voltage fluctuations and retractive (bell-push) switch setups rather than adapted from a US or EU product line. Because we control design, firmware and installation end to end, every Smartify product ships with our own warranty and is fitted by our own technicians, not a subcontracted electrician.

What Makes Smartify Different

We built the Smartify range to solve the two things we kept running into as installers: retrofit projects where customers didn't want to break open walls, and the lack of any single brand offering switches, panels, sensors and gateways as one coherent system for the Indian market. Because it's our own hardware and firmware, support and spare parts don't depend on an importer's stock — we hold both.

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your Smartify setup.

Google Home / Amazon Alexa Integration

The Zigbee Gateway (Matter) bridges Smartify switches, panels and sensors to Google Home and Alexa so they show up alongside your other smart devices.

1 Power on the Zigbee Gateway (Matter) and pair your TAC switches, TOQ panels and sensors to it via the Smartify app.
2 In the Smartify app, generate a Matter setup code for the gateway.
3 In the Google Home or Alexa app, choose "Add device" → "Matter" and scan or enter that code.
4 Your Smartify devices appear as native Google Home / Alexa devices, ready for routines and voice control.

Existing AC / TV remotes Integration

The WiFi IR and IR+RF Blasters bring non-smart ACs, TVs and other IR-remote appliances into the same app and voice routines.

1 Place the IR Blaster within line of sight of the appliances you want to control.
2 In the Smartify app, add the blaster and select your AC/TV brand from the built-in remote library (or teach it a custom remote).
3 Add the appliance to a room alongside your switches and sensors.
4 Include it in scenes — for example, turning the AC on when a TAC panel detects the room is occupied.
