Can I install smart home devices myself?
While some plug-and-play devices can be self-installed, we recommend professional installation for wired systems, security devices, and integrated solutions. This ensures proper setup, safety compliance, and optimal performance.
Which smart home ecosystem should I choose?
You don't have to choose just one. We build on open standards (Zigbee, Matter and KNX), so your home works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Apple Home together, and you can switch assistants later without replacing switches.
Can I use devices from other brands with Smartify?
Yes. We recommend our own devices where they are the best fit and trusted brands like Philips Hue, Yale and Aqara where they are better. Because everything runs on open standards, you can also add devices from other brands later.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Smartify Select products come with a 5-year service warranty on the system we design and install. Other devices carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1-2 years).

Yes! We provide comprehensive after-sales support including installation warranty, technical support, and maintenance services. Our team is available via phone, email, and on-site visits when needed.
