A mirrored digital lock made for a glass doorway. Reflecta Glass Biometric brings fingerprint and PIN access to compatible glass in the listed 8, 10 or 12 mm sizes. Yale includes single-door and double-door strikes in its published package contents, making the actual opening configuration an important part of the enquiry. USB-C emergency power is provided for temporary access when battery power is depleted.

Compatibility and installation

Survey the glass type, thickness, edge clearances and strike arrangement before selection. This is the standalone glass version, not the timber-door Reflecta. The optional remote control is sold separately; app and Wi-Fi features are not promised.

For a glass-door project, send the glass thickness and photographs of the opening, fixed panel and existing fittings. Include whether it is a single or double leaf and where the strike can be mounted.

Set up for the household

During commissioning, register the people who need access and test each intended credential at the door. Keep a record of the supplied model and the procedure for changing access, so a future household change does not require guessing at the controls.

Will it fit my existing door?

A model name and door thickness are not enough to confirm fit. The installer also needs to check the mounting template, available clearances, strike position and the condition of the door and frame. Complete that assessment before modifying the door.

What should be confirmed before ordering?

Confirm the exact Indian-market model, finish, package contents and installation scope. Any required connectivity hardware or optional accessories should be identified in the quotation. Share your preferred access methods so the supplied configuration can be checked against them.
