Bring two ceiling fans and eight switched circuits into a larger room-control arrangement.
What this configuration is for
This configuration suits a large room or combined living and dining area with two compatible fans, several switched lighting zones and one approved higher-load appliance. The two fan outputs remain separate; none of the seven normal outputs is a dimmer.
Daily control and automation
The module connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and supports Smart Node app control, with Alexa and Google Home integrations. It can work with supported traditional switches or capacitive panels, so the wall control remains part of the installation. A configured timer can automate load shutoff, and up to 25 saved schedules can continue without internet. Remote access and voice services still need their applicable network connections. The dedicated fan channel provides five speed steps; confirm the connected fan accepts this form of regulation rather than assuming support for a BLDC fan.
Installation and load planning
A licensed electrician must check the wiring diagram, switchboard clearance and each circuit before installation. The stated wattages are output-type maxima, not a verified combined-load allowance. Respect the separate LED-count limits and confirm load suitability, including starting current. Keep the module dry and isolate the supply before wiring. Legacy SmartNode model names do not establish an interchangeable replacement.
