Reolink Video Doorbell PoE — Black 5MP

Reolink Video Doorbell PoE — Black 5MP

The black Reolink Video Doorbell PoE is the standard 5MP model with a landscape 4:3 image. A wired Ethernet connection carries video to the network, and a compatible active PoE source can also supply power. This version suits entrances where horizontal coverage matters and a network cable can be routed to the door.

See visitors and answer from the app

Person detection, visitor alerts and two-way audio support everyday entrance checks. Adjust the mounting angle for the approach to the door, rather than relying on the quoted viewing angle alone. The black model has different framing from the white model; package detection is not claimed for this listing.

Plan wiring and recording together

Use an IEEE 802.3af active PoE switch, injector or compatible NVR, and protect exterior connections during installation. Local recording can use a suitable microSD card or compatible Reolink NVR. Choose the recording schedule and retention period before commissioning, then verify playback with a real test event.

Check existing equipment before reuse

An existing doorbell cable is not an Ethernet connection. Alternative power wiring still requires Ethernet for networking on this model. Confirm the exact chime generation, regional plug, NVR hardware and firmware before reusing accessories. RTSP and ONVIF support provide integration options, but do not guarantee every feature in third-party software.
