Philips Hue Flux Outdoor Lightstrip 5 m

Philips Hue Flux Outdoor Lightstrip 5 m

Flux Outdoor extends gradient lighting to exterior edges and garden features. The five-metre version provides colour and true white output, allowing the same installation to support a relaxed evening scene or a more practical lighting setting. Its flexible form can follow a planned route without needing multiple separate luminaires.

Plan the route and power together

Measure the proposed run and mark every support point before placing the lights. Leave the correct route for the supply cable and make electrical connections accessible for inspection. Outdoor strips and strings have different cutting and extension rules, so use the instructions for this exact family. Check the protection rating of the power supply separately from the lights. Test the intended scene before permanent fixing, especially where reflective surfaces or nearby windows affect the result.

Compatibility and installation

The manufacturer lists an IP67 strip with an IP20 power supply. The supply therefore needs a protected indoor position even though the light strip is intended for outdoor use. Check cable reach and mounting accessories before fixing the route.
