"I am very disappointed with your products and customer service support. We requested a replacement under warranty, but unfortunately, it was refused. We are continuously facing issues with the smart WiFi switches going offline frequently. Whenever we move to different locations or networks, the switches fail to reconnect properly to the WiFi. The same issue keeps repeating with all the WiFi switches. We expected much better product quality, reliability, and proper warranty support from your company. Customers should be careful and not blindly trust the products and services without proper support assurance."
