"We encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience with Pratham Smart Home, specifically with Mr. Nikhil Yewalekar. Regrettably, he has proven himself to be an untrustworthy individual. Despite our purchase being only a year old, we received inadequate after-sales service. After numerous attempts to contact him, our concerns remained unaddressed."
"Not satisfied with the services provided by Mr. Nikhil Yewalekar from Pratham Smart Homes (Cubical Home Automation and CCTV cameras) They provide fake commitments and are cheaters. I would recommend everyone not to fall in their trap. We had a very bad experience with them. After paying huge amount (more than market price) we didn’t get the expected services from them and some of the devices stopped working within less than an year. After all this, Mr Nikhil was saying to us "its an electronic item and can fail anytime... we cannot do anything etc etc" which sounds very unprofessional.
