"I recently did home automation from AHA for my new house. I had decided on the home automation from the day I visited their experience center in santacruz. Their sales staff nicely demonstrated everything and my decision was final the same day to do home automation. We had couple of meetings with the costing proposal to discuss everything what was needed. Once we finalized everything I was onboarded in couple of days after making the initial payment. Then a WhatsApp group was created including Sr Engineer, Project manager and sales team. That was really helpful for everyone to be on same page. Mr Musharraf was our engineer who worked with us after onboarding till project execution. He demonstrated everything very nicely. He is technically sound and knew all the details. The handover process was smooth. The only things I would expect AHA to work on is the timely delivery of project material. Few of my items were delivered later than promised date but that was due to logistics issue. I had asked the team to escalate the issue and they did their best to deliver the pending material at the earliest. But apart from this everything else was top notch including the material quality. Ria from AHA who demonstrated the home automation at their experience center is very knowledgeable and knew everything. Thank you to the entire AHA team for their support. Now it’s time for me to explore the home automation."
