"UPDATE: so, even after getting in touch with someone who is apparently in the UK. Them giving me excuses as to as staffing issue (their issue, not mine), they refuse to give me my deposit back and keep scheduling times when no one shows up. I had even shared screenshots of my deposit payment made to their account. Consider yourself warned: do not use this company. Well, I have no idea how this company got such great reviews. I will have to assume they are fake. I thought I did my research well, reviewed different companies for an automatic gate. They were quick to take the deposit but unfortunately have been completely unresponsive since (as in - no follow up, complete radio silence). I made my payment on November 15. Since then their technicians were supposed to come here for a one day installation - *twice* they did not appear. Both times until I called to ask where they were after waiting at home for hours, no one called to notify me. They had their excuses but really… you have to wonder how they operate if they treat their customers that way. That should tell you all that you need to know about their customer service. I was also happy about their lifetime service option but if this is the service quality there is no point to that either. I am trying to get my deposit back with again no response, hence resorting to this review online. I have receipts and documented records of all of my correspondence with the Teho sales folks. ***Please avoid this company at all costs.***"

Further investigation revealed that the staff member who received the payment resigned from the company without informing us of the transaction. This compounded the issue and significantly hindered our ability to rectify the situation promptly. We understand the significant impact this error had on your project and the trust you placed in our company. Upon learning of this situation, we immediately emailed you to explain it and assure you that the project would be completed using the funds already transferred. We have consistently attempted to schedule appointments with our technicians to install the gate automation as you requested. However, we encountered difficulties in coordinating appointments due to your unavailability. We are committed to improving our internal processes to prevent such incidents from happening again. This includes strengthening our financial controls, conducting thorough background checks on our employees, and implementing stricter procedures for employee resignations.
