"Waited for almost one year to downgrade my first impression of a very professional and customer friendly 5 star team. Seriously disappointed all along. Good systems but only for selling. Best utilisation is your problem. Big ideas for bigger sales always there but customers benefit and cost saving, far from it. When security system not serving the purpose, reply was your internet and WiFi range is a problem. Never assessed the same before installation that I assumed was basic professionalism. Never advised ideal number of cameras. More the merrier as bills escalate. Every person who visited to resolve the issue on my expense, laughed quietly. So, Good supplier of good items. Not a solution provider. After sales service is directly proportional to distance from his office. More than 6 months that the main door bell not working, smart panels unserviceable, touch panels went kaput…good mr Vikalp maintains silence as his ultimate VIKALP. While he responds to all positive comments in reviews, hope he does the same to the negative ones to change the perception. Hope to hear from him now if any professionalism left."
