"This company promised completion in 3 days and took full payment, but after 30 days, the work is still not complete. None of the commitments discussed at the time of the deal have been fulfilled. electrician visit was promised as part of the agreement, but no electrician has visited. There are open sockets throughout the house (See attached photos). There are bare wires expose which is a serious safety hazard (see attached photos). The automation switch plates do not have glass plates or labels, so there is no way to know which button controls which function (see attached photos). The TV relay is not working properly. I have not been able to reach anyone as calls or messages were not answered. This is not acceptable, specially given the safety risks. Is this how your company operates??"
