"Beware this company has no service support once they have done the work, I had got them to install swing gate motor which work fine for an year, then there ex employee Ashiesh came one day and said the motor needs periodic service unaware of the fact the there is nothing like that required, they charged me 4500/- for the same basically spoiled the whole System. After repeated complaint no one has come to fix the repair even the owner Mr Pratik has now stopped answering his phone or reply to my whatsapp messages, so now I have decided to change the complete system with a different company, I would suggest to work with someone else rather then them as there is no response what so ever. No the gate doesn’t even close any more . Thanks My reply to Mr Prateek I am really surprised with your response, when Ashiesh serviced my gate he was very much your employ as its was the same time I asked him for extra remotes and you replied in the same. I have whatsapp message of the same. Also I have personally called and messaged you service support 10 times and you have every time replied saying someone will come and no comes and now you have stopped replying to my messages, if you would like I can post the screen shots. But we both know the truth. I am on the verge of changing the whole system all together. If you have any care for customer I will again give you another 48 hours you get this rectified and yes please know that I am GOING TO PAY for your service I don’t want to get this work done for free. I do understand my system is out of Warrent knowing that your employ messed it up. Thanks"
