"The service was extremely poor from start to finish. Staff were inattentive, unhelpful, and at times even rude. Despite multiple attempts to ask for assistance, I was either ignored or brushed off. Wait times were unreasonable, and no one took accountability for the delays or mistakes. There was a clear lack of communication and professionalism. What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. I understand that everyone has off days, but the complete lack of customer care made it clear that service is not a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others."
