"BeTechie is nothing short of a fraudulent company running a well-packaged scam. Every single thing about this business is shady and unethical. They’ve partnered with builders to push their overpriced products on unsuspecting buyers—literally charging double and sometimes triple the actual market price. There’s zero transparency. Ask for an MRP? They’ll smugly tell you “we don’t sell on MRP” and refuse to disclose any actual prices. The technicians are completely clueless—watching them try to install anything is laughable and alarming. They are always on the phone asking things like “Where do I connect this wire?” and “Which slot does this go into?” — clear signs of zero training or expertise. It’s been a year since we unfortunately bought their so-called “home automation,” and it’s been a year of non-stop issues, overcharging, and utter frustration. They quoted different prices for the same product at different times—only to later say “oh that was including courier and installation,” as if that justifies their random pricing model. And let’s talk about those installation charges: they charged ₹600 to install a ₹600 device—effectively doubling the cost—without ever informing us beforehand. And they did this multiple times. When we confronted them, they coldly replied, “We never asked you to buy from us. You chose to.” Let that sink in—this is their customer service response. Disgusting. Their so-called 5-year warranty is a joke. They’ve visited our home multiple times, and each time we were charged again for installation—despite warranty claims and prior payments. Absolutely nothing is standardized; charges change randomly, and they treat customers like fools. After some research, we discovered other companies offer the exact same products for one-third the price, with far better support. BeTechie is running a daylight robbery operation with unqualified staff, dishonest practices, and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs. Every 5-star review here is fake or paid. I wouldn’t give them even a single star if I could."

"Wonder full experience of BeTechie services. I basically moved from a metro city to Bhopal. But fortunately I looked for home automation in Bhopal and I found Betechie. Now i can control all electronic appliances through my mobile phone. I have amazing door lock system as well. I am very safe and happy. It is worth to pay in today's time for our own security. Highly recommend to everyone."
