"I am sharing this review after a month of using the product, so that I could wrap it up in one review rather than two. I got Mr. Anil’s contact number from google to enquire about JBL Bar 1300 MK2. From that moment onwards, it never felt like hunting for a product in the market is a hastle. Enough relevant informations like compatibility, usage etc was given over call itself (super helpful in a city and traffic like bangalore). I visited the store later and Mr. Anil made sure to be present physically to entertain us with all our questions and the demo. The Demo : Yes he has a very good setup for a demo which gives you a very fair idea about if the product you are looking for is meant for you or not. After going through the detailed demo, I got to understand that there are many factors like your room/hall size, orientation, distance etc which should be taken care while buying a product which is expensive so that you dont regret later. He was very helpful to complete the payment, other formalities. He offered me to send the product through a delivery partner but we were eager enough that we got it in our car :p. "I bought a house that was already constructed (around 9 yr old house) and wanted to get complete home lighting automated. I visited Mr. Anil Kumar for an initial demo and I must say I was impressed by his approach from day 1. After the first meet, he visited my house, suggested that I get the correct lighting done first and gave a contact of the guy who deals with philips lighting. After that, he explained me the sequence of steps to be done to complete home automation. Then he systematically went through each and every area in the house for soliciting requirements of wifi switch modules. At every step, he reviewed with me, sent me updated quotations so that there is transparency and has a team of workers who are very reliable and trustworthy. They did a commendable job in getting everything done. Mr. Anil Kumar was very professional in handling every step in the process. In this process, I got wifi switches installed for my entire house which is close to 4000 sq ft, got new lights installed and also got Qubo smart doorbells and Qubo smart locks installed. Overall, I'm very happy with Smarthome concepts and would certainly recommend anyone to approach Mr. Anil Kumar for your house automation solutions."
