"We moved into our home nearly a year ago, and during the interior design phase, we learned that the Mivan construction of our walls made it tricky to chip or cut into them. Since these walls are weight-bearing, we wanted to keep our options open for enhancing our home's aesthetics and adding light and switch points. That’s when I started looking into alternatives and stumbled upon the idea of touch panels, which led us to discover MAKc Automation, along with a few other vendors. Some were on the pricier side, while others were more budget-friendly. What really stood out to us about MAKc was the quality of their panels and the fact that they’re based in Bangalore, which made communication a breeze. Plus, they had completed several projects in our apartment complex, so we got to see their products in action and experience their look and feel firsthand. They tailored all our requirements and stuck to timelines, which was essential for our housewarming. In terms of cost, while this solution isn't the cheapest out there, I found the alternatives lacking in aesthetics and quality. The idea of having over 15 remotes just for touch panels was also a bit overwhelming! MAKc panels offer a range of colour options, allowing you to customize the button icons. You can choose different colours for the buttons in both the on and off states, which really enhances the overall look and functionality. These panels can be controlled via an app or Alexa, and they are highly configurable and flexible. However, the biggest selling point for me was the responsiveness of both Manan and his father, Abhay. They are quick to respond and have a skilled team for installation and support. I have no regrets about investing in automation and touch panels; I can’t imagine how we would have addressed our needs otherwise. Also, my wife, who was dead against me investing in this, has completely turned around her stance. If I were to purchase another house, I would definitely choose MAKc once again."
