"Fraud…Fraud…duplicate products …..very immature ……..unprofessional…….. Very worst experience I ever had in my life. Automize everything (shop owner PRATIK KHANDELWAL) is a big fraud shop in Akola; buying any product from them is just a loss of money. Around eight months ago, we purchased the solar-operated cameras to install on our farm. These cameras stopped working after a week, and it took 4 months to replace them and install a new one. after 2 weeks, these cameras also failed to work. They kept making the same mistake, but we did receive the correct and good-quality cameras. In the meantime, we also realized they were using second-hand cameras. Finally, after 8 months of patience, we asked for a refund; later, they stopped taking our calls. Later We start visit them physically and after a several visits, eventually INR 12000 by deducting INR 5000 from total paid amount of INR 17000. Hence, I strongly recommend not buy a single product from this shop and the shop owner name is Pratik Khandelwal. Later, we begin physically visiting them, and after several visits, we got INR 12000 by deducting INR 5000 from the total paid amount of INR 17000. Hence, I strongly advise other customers not to purchase any products from this shop, as they are highly untrustworthy."
