The power is on for the striplighting and there’s a little yellow flashing light on the side of the device so I’m assuming that means it’s looking to connect to a bluetooth device. I downloaded the app but it doesn’t detect the striplighting. I’ve disabled other blutooth devices in the house, made sure I was close the device. Any suggestions?

Hi there, can you try turning on/off your LED five times? In that way, you would reset the LED and it should pair.
